This has a modern en-suite shower room with large shower cubicle, high pressure shower, heated towel rail and soft luxury towels. An LED flat-screen Freeview TV, hairdryer and hospitality tray are also provided. Beds are twin or super-king size. Please request preference when booking.

This is the most luxurious room, with high ceilings, original cornicing, and lovely views across the city and Widcombe. It is tastefully decorated and has a stunning painted French-style king-size bed, elegant furnishings, and triple-bay windows. Guests can relax on comfortable armchairs, and there is a modern en suite bathroom with two hand basins and a large shower. Luxury towels and toiletries are provided.

A power shower, French-style furniture and a flat-screen LED TV are featured in this room.

Executive King Room - enter dates to see room photos

With plenty of natural light, this room has French-style furniture, a king-size bed with luxury bedding. There is an en suite high-pressure shower room with large shower cubicle, heated towel rail and soft luxury towels.

With plenty of natural light, this room is furnished with French-style furniture. It has a double bed and soft bed linen, luxurious duvets and pillows, as well as a modern white bathroom with a large shower cubicle and fluffy towels.

Located in the eaves but with lots of headroom and plenty of natural light, this luxurious room has lovely views over Bath and Widcombe. It is a black and white themed room with a French feel, with a king-size bed, luxury bedding and an en suite shower room with large shower cubicle. It also features a heated towel rail and soft luxury towels.

The property was so pretty, clean and comfortable;also a great location for walking to all the sites. The hosts, Tina & David were lovely and very helpful with guides to the beautiful Bath.

Fantasic BnB, just outside the city centre, but we'll within walking distance, 10 mins walk. Rooms were gorgeous, food was brilliant

A small, friendly hotel with excellent service and fantastic breakfast. Great price and good location about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Bath. Our host was superb - attentive but discreet and keen to help with directions, parking and recommendations.
