Each bedroom has large sash windows overlooking Bath, bedside cabinets, lamp, clothes storage space and a full-length mirror. The super king-size beds can be converted to 2 large singles in each room. Bedrooms have soundproofed windows.
A fully equipped kitchen has solid oak work surfaces with stainless steel appliances, and features a dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a spacious lounge and dining area with leather sofas and a 42-inch flat-screen TV.

Three-Bedroom Apartment - enter dates to see room photos

Three-Bedroom Apartment includes, 1 of which has an en suite shower room. Lounge and dining area, fully equipped kitchen with solid oak and slate furnishings. Separate refurbished shower room. Roof terrace with spectacular views of the city. There is also a TV in the lounge. The 3 bedrooms each have a king-size bed, which can also be converted into 2 single beds. Beds will be prepared for the guests booked. For 5+ all three bedrooms will be available, for 3+ the two largest bedrooms will be available and for 1+ the ensuite bedroom will be available. Beds will be made up for the number of people booked, so for a booking of three guests, 3 singles or 1 double and 1 single will be prepared, if you prefer 3 separate single rooms, please let us know in advance. Extra bedding can be arranged if the laundry cost is covered and is advised with 7 days’ notice. The apartment sleeps eight people in total, six people between the three upstairs bedrooms and a further two people on large single sofa beds in the living room.

A perfectly situated property to visit Bath and surrounding area. We stayed as a family with grown up children and a grandchild and it had everything we could need. The rooftop terrace will be fantastic in the Summer (we braved it in the cold winter sunshine - see photo). We paid for car parking in Charlotte Street online for the all the days we were there so could drive for days out to Longleat and NT properties too. We parked outside on the yellow line to unpack the car (but make sure someone stays with the car at all times as there is always a trafic warden about). We did not find the stairs a problem - just good exercise! And they are worth it for the views. Bath attractions and good restaurants within walking distance and we had the best meal and time in Sanremo. Would definately recommend this property.

The apartment was lovely and very clean. Tea, coffee, fresh milk, cereals, butter and bread for toast were supplied. Good hair dryers were available. Lovely views from the roof top. The location was excellent

The property was stunning, comfortable and well equipped. Slightly difficult to find due to the strange numbering system of the street but a quick phone call sorted that out straight away.

Great location and great facilities. Very clean and good quality bedding. Roof top was an added bonus! Will recommend to any friends and family looking to visit Bath. Loved the old stove still in place.

The apartment was very clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen and 2 comfortable single sofa beds. Upstairs bedrooms were lovely with hairdryers in every room, which is quite unusual. The roof terrace had great views and was a lovely sun trap for our October visit. Fantastic location, easy to walk down to the Spa, well worth a visit, or upto the Royal Cresent. Owner was very quick to respond to our enquiries especially with disabled parking and mobility scooter storage for our short weekend break. Handy to have kitchen essentials supplied including toilet rolls, tea, coffee, sugar and milk on arrival. Would definitely recommend to others and would rebook should we visit again. Thank you for such a lovely stay.
