Great location in the Bath city centre and 5 minute walk from bath spa train station Staff were very welcoming and helpful Intercontinental breakfast was really nice Room was clean WiFi worked fantastic

We liked the room, while small it was fine for our short stay, plenty of storage provided for clothes, central heating in the guesthouse was good, it was cold outside and the room and landings were warm. Breakfast room was clean, breakfast was self service, all appliances easy to use, host was on hand to help and check guests were ok and offer advice on places to visit or eat. Overall a great little guesthouse, clean, well run, we stayed during the week and, had no issues with any noise from local venues. We found the shared bathroom clean and easy to reach across the landing. Bathroom was shared with 1 other room and was no different from being at home.

The welcome from Sergio. The location to car park opposites bonus.. , lugging suitcases.. Train station 5 min walk.. and the amenities.shops .. during the stormy weather so nearby to dry off.. Room cosy , , warm . breakfast certainly a great choice. regardless of no cooked breakfast.not necessary, so many places to eat 2 mins away if you fancied that..
