A wonderful hotel for a week’s stay to explore Batam. A lovely spacious room with a huge terrace and sun loungers. Appreciated the little fridge, replenished shampoo etc, dressing gowns and slippers. The breakfast and food were exceptional. The pool area was ideal for swimming. Loved everything about this hotel. We appreciated all the help we received from Tari and Hary. Thank you.

I liked that the hotel was big and the staff was very helpful and welcoming. Prior to the stay, the staff contacted me to ask for my arrival time and any other preference for the hotel room. The variety of food choices during the breakfast buffet, it's worth the money.

It was not our first time at Radisson. The room and public space, as usual, are well kept clean. My wife and I had a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner. The buffet spread was fabulous. Tks to Miss Riska from F& B, our longtime friend who was kind enough to welcome us. We also had a wonderful spa treatment.

The rooms and the free upgrade we got. Great swimming pools and gym. Staff is very friendly and helpful.and great WhatsApp service for all your questions. Breakfast buffet is superb. Next door is the golfcourse and for shopping you can use the shuttle service

Very high standard of services, from the quality and choice of the food , great bedding, fabulous facilities like the amazing big pool overlooking the golf and the fantastic Spa !!! Had 2 aromatherapy massages and I could definetely have more ! Therapists are extremely skilled and the atmosphere is among the best I had in a Spa . A big well done to the amazing staff of the hotel who is highly skilled and fabulously gentle ! Thank you all for the great experience , we will be back .
