Massive hotel. Lobby was huge & spacious. I like the location, as a table tennis player, the location is near to a table tennis centre at Batam, just an 8 min walk away. Talking about location: the location is good. 5 min walk away from a huge supermarket, also another 5 min walk away from a huge mall, One Batam Mall. And it's just 10 min drive from Batam Centre to the hotel, so regarding location it's perfect for me. As for the hotel room itself: I really have no complaints regarding it except for the fact that I can't control the coolness of the AC. Also I got no sceneric view of the city from the hotel room so yeah thats quite a minus. Only get to see cute statues placed there which is rather creepy at night. As for comfortability though, it was nice and comfy. Loads of tv channels to choose from, I could stay in the room all day. Facilities: I like the pool. I like the gym, but could be improved more.

Harmoni One Convention Hotel and Service Apartments has really fulfilled our request - All the staffs of Harmoni One are very efficient, helpful & kind of fast response - Beautiful & affordable which is convenience to access any location to shopping mall or others. - I recommended to our kids and friends to have a chance to stay in Harmoni One with no regrets. the location is near to ferry terminal and walking distance to Mega Mall and One Batam Mall. next to the hotel is lotte grosir. not so much variety for breakfast but they have one stall stall dedicated to Indomie where you can ask them to cook for you. the hotel is a big building and the room is big with a bathtub. a lot of tv channels for you to browse.

Lina from the front desk and the rest of the staff went beyond to facilitate this fussy Northern European. Amazing service all round. Breakfast was a buffet with 30+ dishes to choose from, quality! Slept beautifully.

quiet n comfy hotel.. not so much hassle. breakfast was quite normal but it was filling. only during our stay coffee cups finished n it took a while for them 2 bring new cups. quite a number of ppl were waiting for their morning coffee like me. only 2nd floor is allocated smoking rooms so dun take the side facing lobby cos the piano can be quite loud if yu wanna take a quick nap. for the price we paid it was quite a gd hotel far away from the city noises. dun take the licensed grab fr the ferry terminal upon arrival. charged us double! if yu walk across to mega mall n book grab less den half!
