Room is comfortable with Bathtub than can enjoy, and room is okie with good lighting and clean. The areas of the hotel got some others convient shop, and 1 mall in doing refurbhised , look like future will be more happenining around this areas.

Great service and courteous. Breakfast ordinary, and the flavor is fine. The restaurant service was also very courteous. The room was clean and odor free.

check-in on (3/6/24).The room is clean, the bathtub works, AC works , hot water tap works, and the bed is comfy. Breakfast is very basic and acceptable.. Upon checking-out,(4/6/24) HSKP team reported a phone was left in the room Turns out, it was my wife's phone. KUDOS to the HSKP team.. I didn't get his name though but WELL DONE!!

1. We booked the Family Room, and the quality and comfort was a pleasant surprise. 2. I think employees from check-in to bell-hop to F&B and especially the Spa were exceptional. They made our stay very pleasant and welcoming. It was wonderful interacting with each of them. 3. Not far from the International Ferry Center, Batam 4. Easy to get a Grab taxi / car everywhere.
