I like that the staff was very welcoming,as soon as you reach the hotel,i was welcome with their greeting as soon as i walked into the Hotel,the security was helpful as they helped to bring down the luggage and helped to open the door for me.The Services was prompt and any enquiries were answered. This is better than any 5 stars Hotel i have visited in Batam. This is my 3rd stay at Aston Nagoya City Hotel and will return to stay again if i visit Batam. A shout out to All the staff working there for a job well done and thank you for the comfortable stay there.

Among the best hotels in Batam. Spacious and clean rooms. Strategic location, full of fun and surrounded by many restaurants, cafes, 24-hour convenience stores, money changers, spa treatments, souvenir shops, entertainment centers, karaoke, supermarkets, shopping malls and others.

1-breakfast spread excellent 2-The staff at the reception named Ria was excellent in helping me to extend my stay for few hours and keep the same room as my cousin sister was very sick

Located strategically with food & beverage around. Close to malls. Thank you Ria for all your assistance in the last minute arrangements. Although the staff in the dining made some error, but it was no big deal.
