Everything about the place is 10/10, the accommodation, the staff on the farm are really nice people who go out of their way to make sure you’re time there is as enjoyable as possible. Can’t wait to stay again

Breakfast very good with plenty of choice in a continental style. Location is excellent as a short walk up the road are footpaths, really good for dogs.

Location of the property suited my needs. Room was warm and clean. Owners were friendly and obliging. A nice variation of food was provided for breakfast.

Good size room, very cosy and comfortable. Quiet location but close enough to larger towns to not feel too isolated. Like the self check-in aspect and always someone around if needed. Would stay again.

The location was well connected to nearby popular spots - including right by the lovely Skiddaw! Hosts were lovely and kind. The breakfast is definitely worth it - the croissants, orange juice, chocolate twists etc superb. The hosts had really considered all the little touches that would be needed and we were never left feeling ‘ooh where’s that’.

Perfect location for my needs and extremely comfortable and clean with good facilities. The breakfast hamper was well stocked and gave the flexibility to eat whenever I wanted so I could get out nice and early.
