The garden and the villa is very lovely. The staff is nice. The path near to river to reach ponte vecchio is beautifull.

Villa Angaran is an elegant, beautiful heritage building designed by Palladio, located on the river bank with a gorgeous garden. The establishment is run by the City of Bassano del Grappa and put priority on people. It feels good that staying there makes some social impact. The distance to the "centro citta" is a 10-15 minute walk along the river, which is very pleasant. It has a free parking space, which is very convenient. The room is equipped with all we need, simple design, clean and comfortable. Our room has a garden view with a glimpse of the river. Staff are great.

I had an amazing stay. The grounds the historical villa is on are so beautiful, with a really well kept garden area. You have a beautiful view of the mountains from the accomodation and are right next to the river on the other side. Location is great as You are also only a 10 minute walk from the famous medieval bridge of Bassano and right by the old historical town. It’s a social/ community hub, so there is 100 staff working on site whether it’s in the garden, in the school for people with disabilities on sight, marketing, restaurant, bar etc. The staff are also so kind and helpful. The restaurant on site was top quality food with fresh produce and a menu that regularly changed, it gets super busy so make sure to reserve a table. The room itself was basic and simple but had everything you needed, and I thought it was good value for money.

Staff was extremly friendly and also helped me to store my bike at a safe place. The old building looks impressive and has a very nice garden. The rooms are basic but very clean and quiet. Breakfast was served in the bar with great coffee.
