The fine print
Please note that from 13 September 2021 access to the restaurant and bar interior areas as well as the fitness room is only permitted with an EU Covid certificate (from 16 years of age). This also applies to the breakfast room.
Hotel stays, room service and the outdoor dining area are exempt from the certificate requirement.Guests receive a BaselCard upon check in. The room was nice and clean, we had a lot fun with tanned wall in the bathroom. The breakfast was excellent, everyone liked it. The staff were friendly and polite. We gave us a board game, children were very happy about it.

The room should be bigger for a family of 4 and the bathroom should have a division between the main zone and the toilet seat

Everything! The room was comfortable, great showers. Kid friendly. Lovely breakfast. Cherline at reception was absolutely fantastic and so were the staff that were at the bar.
