Guests receive a BaselCard upon check in. This Guest Card includes complementary use of Public Transport within Basel City and surroundings (Zone 10, 11, 13, 14 & 15, including Euroairport), free WiFi, as well as discounts on admission to cultural and leisure activities. Please note that the public transfer (2nd class) from EuroAirport or Basel main train stations to the hotel on the day of your arrival is free of charge with your booking confirmation.

Very cool, stylish hotel: we absolutely loved our stay. Spacious rooms, with all the amenities and many cool extras. Very soft beds (to our liking, but probably depending on you preference). Great hotel bar and great location in the center.

The bedroom design has wonderful homely features, including a spacious seated area, comfy pillows, a green plant, books to read and soft rugs. Free coffee and water stations on all floors. A well equipped designer fitness room and sauna. Lots of choice for breakfast. Friendly staff.

Place looks amazing with so many details that add up to your experience and make it memorable. The sauna zone was beyond our expectations, room was spacious. Everything is thought of, I would definitely stay again and hope there will be a chain soon ;)

Amazing stay for a birthday, felt welcomed from the start. We were allowed to leave our bags before the room was ready, Basel city card was prepared prior to arrival, the bags were delivered up into the room for when we checked in. There was a kitchen section on each level with good facilities like kettle, coffee, tea and a fruit basket. Everything felt detailed and we were well looked after. Very organised, we were pleased. Wish we could stay longer!
