It was a short break but the hotel was modern and clean. Your staff were lovely. Food was delicious. Drinks were served as they should be. With care and attention to detail. Your barman (ground floor) was an absolute craftsman.

Very polite staff. The view from the room over Basel is stunning. The view and sunset from the roof top bar is even more breath taking (you have to pay extra for access). The location is very close to the city center. It is a nice opportunity for a walk or using the included free public transport pass. The breakfast buffet is excellent and elaborate. There is an excellent parking in the basement.

Great location, just 15 minutes from the center, with bus and tram stops very close by. The hotel is modern and spacious, offering excellent service and a restaurant with tasty food. We had a large room with a big bathroom, fresh new towels, and a free minibar stocked with Pepsi, water, beer, juice, and even a pack of peanuts, which were replenished daily at no extra charge.

Nice location, the hotel provides local travel card, easy to travel around the city. It’s my second stay. The first time we find the room excellent- spacious , comfy. The second stay was less exciting and excellent

We had an issue with the door, and they immediately helped us. We changed room and we received an upgrade for free. The staff was Incredibly kind.

Modern and clean . Easy to reach from the airport. Rooms are clean and the use of the bar in the was good. One of the receptionists was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Her name is Maria Martin,the room cleaners were good.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by its prime location and amazing views. The complimentary card for Basel transportation was a fantastic perk, making it easy to explore the city.
