Guests receive a BaselCard upon check in. This Guest Card includes complementary use of Public Transport within Basel City and surroundings (Zone 10, 11, 13, 14 & 15, including Euroairport), free WiFi, as well as discounts on admission to cultural and leisure activities. Please note that the public transfer (2nd class) from EuroAirport or Basel main train stations to the hotel on the day of your arrival is free of charge with your booking confirmation.

- everything was beyond our expectations, we had a 3 years old child with us and the hotel provided us with special size toilet which was amazing and easy to use by my child - everything was very clean and well ventilated - the staff was amazing and very polite - for sure we will come back to have a stay here - thank you very much for making our holiday gorgeous

Excellent location just across the bridge, so in a quieter area, but still allowing access to all areas of Basel by foot. Customer service top notch, exactly what you’d expect in Switzerland. Clean. Modern.

We visited Basel for Christmas markets, the location is convenient for public transport or you may walk to the city center if the weather allows you.. Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean hotel, room was really warm in that cold weather which quite pleased us

The location of the hotel is excellent with close connectivity to popular attractions.River Rhine is just a 2 min walk and is an amazing view.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. There was free tea and coffee downstairs. The room was extremely clean and good shower pressure. The beds and pillows were also very comfortable. Room came with normal hotel amenities, like slippers in room etc. Location was near a tram and bus station, so very central. Booking also came with a free Basel Card which gives you free public transport
