The hotel represents very good value accommodation. It is centrally located near the main train station with easy access to the Basel Old Town and CBD. The rooms are spacious and spotless with modern facilities. We are definitely staying there again.

We stayed in room 215 which was spacious and quiet. The location is excellent - literally opposite the SBB train station and there are many tram stops just outside the hotel. The buffet breakfast served hot and cold and was very varied. It’s a short walk to the old town of Basel. We did not have a car, nor did we need one as the hotel is very central.

Excellent location outside main train station. 10 min walk from centre and Christmas Markets. Also if you are coming from Airport the tra sport is free with a hotel reservation. The hotel also gives you free transport passes to hop on and off the trams which are also outside the hotel.

The staff organised blankets on our request, which was highly appreciated, and the team had them delivered to our room - thank you! The breakfast staff were extremely polite and helpful.

Beautiful hotel very central. I had a superior suite was wonderful. Lovely spacious room and bathroom beautiful bedding with choice of memory foam or feather pillows.
