This guest card includes complementary use of public transport within Basel city and surroundings (Zone 10, 11, 13, 14 & 15, including Euroairport), free WiFi, as well as discounts on admission to cultural and leisure activities. Please note that the public transfer (2nd class) from EuroAirport or Basel main train stations to the hotel on the day of your arrival is free of charge with your booking confirmation.Renovation work of the hotel facade will be carried out from December 9, 2024, until March 31, 2025. The work will be taking place from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We arrived and left by train so the proximity to the station made it an ideal location for us. We visited the Christmas markets and the walk from the hotel to the market was quite short. We didn’t eat there so can’t comment on breakfast etc but we didn’t have a drink in the bar and the service there was very good. We only stayed for one night and the hotel met all our needs.

Excellent location - right next to the train station (Bahnhof SBB) - convenient if you travel by train, easy transfer to the airport and quick tram ride to the city center. Clean hotel, spacious rooms.

everything was perfect. The staff, the room, the location, the breakfast. Very convenient to reach the train station and the trams pass right front of the hotel which makes it easy to reach historical center

Quiet, spacious hotel with excellent lift. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Good choice at breakfast with gluten free bread provided on request. Large room with kettle provided. Very comfortable bed with wonderful pillows and duvet, extra pillows are available if required. Good bathroom with hot shower.

Excellent location, just a few steps from train station. Friendly, cooperative and nice staff. Nice variety for breakfast. Commuting card for public transport for the duration of the stay was helpful. Good value for money.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Ideal location - right by the main train station and transit hub. Short walk to the old town. Nearby park that felt safe at night. Comfortable room with a small balcony overlooking a busy square, but it wasn't noisy. Lovely lobby, bar and restaurant. Breakfast was simple but very good. Great coffee!
