Nearly everything was perfect! The personnel fulfilled every wish the friend I booked it for had and a hotel can organise. It's situated at an amazing location and there was a free upgrade to a large suite as well.

The extremely good taste and details in the decoration. Staff is super friendly (Joram was super attentive and helpful). Breakfast was superb (try to seat near the window).

Location perfect as it's right in Old Town and a very short stroll to the main square, shops, and restaurants. Bed was very comfortable and reliable, fast internet. Fine amenities in the bathroom and great shower.

The location was great! We went to see the Christmas markets and they were all within a short walk and the tram was just outside the hotel. The bed was very comfy and room was very clean

Very good position, near Rathause, in Marketplace. Clean, good breakfast, elegant. Real 4 + star hotel. The room was big, with a good equiped bathroom. Free internet and minibar. Check in and ckeck out fast. Was posible one check in at 1 pm. Recomand also the restaurant. Good food and good service.

We loved our stay in Basel! The location of the hotel couldn’t be better and the team at the reception was super helpful and professional. Also a special thank you to Ms Raquel and colleagues for keeping our room in order and for their kindness. We loved our room, it was well equipped and comfortable. The Bohemia restaurant was beautifully decorated and the food was great.
