Fantastic location with plenty of shops and good restaurants within walking distance. It's extremely convenient to just hop on a train, tram, or bus and continue your journey or move around the city. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The BaselCard is a great amenity - you can get it from the hotel and use it throughout your stay.

The location close to the station and city transport hub was excellent. The room was spacious and having a table and chairs and coffee maker was very good. Breakfast was very good and sitting the breakfast room on the 8th floor overlooking the city was a bonus.

The room and bathroom are spacious with excellent shower facilities, shampoo, hairdryer, body lotion...etc. The location is perfect , near shops, Markethall, transport links are two minutes away on foot. The hotel arranged a free travel card for guest before your arrival. The bed is comfortable for me. The main entrance is Metropol Hotel , you can also access from Euler hotel which is opposite of SBB station and bus 50 stop ( Basel Airport line), very convenient!!
