The location is perfect, very close to the train station. We stayed here to get on an early flight the next morning and again when we came back on a late night one. The online check-in was very convenient in this case. The room was clean and comfortable. The shared spaces are spacious and I enjoyed remote working from the cafeteria.

Location really close to the train station, lots of transport links and the zoo. Contactless check in without a key was interesting and the room was spacious and the bathroom lovely.

Stayed in a private room which was a reasonable size, comfortable, and with plenty of storage space. Good shower and comfortable bed. The facilities were really good at Hyve. We made use of the shared kitchen for cooking dinner and breakfast and it was well organized, and well stocked with the essentials. Also used the laundry facilities which were good. CHF 5 for 2 hours which was ample to wash and dry a load. Location was excellent - 5 minutes from the train station.

Good location, near the train station. We booked 2 appartments, one with a shared bathroom. The shared bathroom is spacious and clean, with separate cabins. Comfortable mattress.

nice modern apartment, well located. Close to the railway station and 10 mins walk to the city center. Very convenient also the parking, just in front of the apartment

I and my girlfriend just moved to Basel so we stayed for over two weeks in this Hotel meanwhile we were looking for an apartment. The place is fantastic, quiet, clean, comfortable and with very nice vibes all around. There is a guest kitchen truly useful and the rooms are pretty good, but over all these things: the staff, they are really helpful, friendly and kind. I have felt at home here so I would always recommend staying here.

Convenient location very close to the train station. Nice youthful vibe with shared spaces such as lounge and kitchen and breakfast avail for purchase. Room was tidy and comfortable. Only issue was we arrived early and couldn't leave our bags as planned since their luggage locker room had been destroyed the day before by thieves - unfortunate but not really their fault.

- Room temperature. Through overnight it did became a bit too warm - Sink with hot water - Easy to walk from the station and handy to have the transportation card for free
