The fine print
The booking confirmation shall be deemed as a second-class ticket (Mobility-Ticket) for all public transportation in Northwestern Switzerland (transport association TNW) for the journey to the hotel on the day of arrival. Please note that breakfast is served from Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 10:00 and on Saturday and Sunday from 07:00 to 10:30. Please note that free parking is only available for cars. A limited number of free parking spaces are available for you. Unfortunately, no reservation is possible. We cannot guarantee a place. Bus parking is not available.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great for parking, they provided us with mobility pass for transportation which was amazing, the family room was huge and comfortable, great location, I recommend 100% for family trip.

There is a tram in front if the hotel which takes you in the city center for free because you receive some public transportation qr code from hotel which is good. Good for the money I’ve paid

Great location, and it was really easy to get into the centre of Basel. Nice touches, like bottles of water refreshed everyday, and very comfortable!

Nice, quiet neighborhood. 30 minute walk to center. Many public transport options. Rooms have been redone in last couple years, I would guess. Was just here for 1 night concert trip, but would be fine for an extended stay.

The staff was nice and kind, they were helpful. Room was nice and warm. Getting the ticket for free transportation was very good add-on, helpful since the hotel wasn't very close to the city.

Great location to drive to, free parking around the back. Tram stop, that took us straight into the city centre, right outside the hotel. Clean and comfy.
