Please note that bookings for the 24th of December will be at package rates. The Christmas package includes a four-course meal, drinks, and coffee.
Please note that from December 30th until January 1st, the available rates are those of the New Year's package. This includes a three-course menu with drinks on the 30th and a five-course menu with drinks on the 31st.
Access to the wellness centre (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and hammam) to all customers except for children under 16 is between 08:00 to 22:00.
Access to the wellness centre (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and hammam) for children under 16 years is only possible between 08:00 and 10:00, and between 16:00 and 18:00.
Swimming costumes must be worn in all our facilities (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and hammam).
Meal times are as follows: - Breakfast: From 07:00 to 10:00 (the buffet is cleared at 10:00) - Lunch: From 12:30 to 14:00 (it is possible to arrive as late as 14:00) - Dinner: From 18:00 to 20:30 (it is possible to arrive as late as 20:30)Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Good setting, perched on a hill surrounded by meadows and woods, nice pool and very good breakfast. Nearby Durbuy is a quaint village with many food options.

The place (area) was great...really calm and relaxing...we also liked the view outside the window,,, the staff were also friendly and helpfull,,, the wellness was really great they have everything what you need for..the food are also delicious...we are surelly planing to come back but next with our children :) Thank you for a wonderfull experience we had ❤️

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel—perfect for a peaceful getaway far from the hustle and bustle of city life. If you're looking for a place to fully relax and unwind, this is it! The spa area was a real highlight. We were lucky to have it almost entirely to ourselves for most of the day, making the experience even more relaxing. It does get a bit busier and louder after 6:30 PM, likely due to the hotel's dinner & spa offer, but it’s still a lovely place to enjoy. The facilities are well-maintained, with a nice sauna and hammam—on the smaller side but still very enjoyable. I imagine it’s even nicer in summer when you can make the most of the outdoor areas. Overall, a great place to recharge in a calm and beautiful setting. Would definitely return!

lovely and modern. Really great facilities. People were super friendly. Breakfast was impeccable (although the coffee could’ve been better). Great Wi-Fi. working electric car charger…. all very good
