The fine print
Boats leave at 8:00 and return to Cartagena at 15:30, depending on the weather. The boat transfer service is not included, it can be purchased for an additional fee, contact the hotel for coordination.Guests arriving by vehicle should use an all-terrain vehicle since the road is bumpy and deteriorated. The property reserves the right to transport pregnant women on board. The hotel transfer fee is not included in the rate. 1. The access to the Hotel has uncovered sections which in the rainy season can deteriorate a little, therefore special care must be taken with low vehicles, however all our vehicles are SUV type. 2. On the way to the hotel, if you come in your car, local vendors who offer services to go to Playa Blanca may approach and follow you, keep in mind that these people, not having training to deal with tourism, can generate an image of siege, not There is no reason to worry if they approach your vehicle, they just want to offer their services. 3. The Cholón cove which is in front of our hotel has become a very visited place by people from different parts of the world, sometimes the noise of the music can be heard in the hotel, it happens occasionally but we want be up to date 4. The Hotel is beautiful and the staff were very friendly. The Menu options were good although if you are staying for longer than 3 days there it might start to get boring.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Barú! The place is absolutely perfect for relaxation, surrounded by stunning nature and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was beyond friendly, they were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly made the experience even more special.

The pool has a really good vibe and everyone seemed to enjoy it respectfully. At night, the sound was minimal and we were right by the pool. The beds were comfortable, the hammocks and chairs as well. The food was very good, albeit expensive.

We came as a family with 2 small children and we all loved it. The hotel is beautiful with a lovely new pool which the children loved and great views. Our room was clean and very spacious. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the food was great. We were going to go to an all inclusive and decided to go to Aura instead. I'm soooooo glad we did this.

Clean, well air conditioned rooms. The food is delicious. The whole place has a nice atmosphere and looks lovely especially lit up at night. Lots of lovely beach chairs and beds.

Very luxurious room with sea view (ask for 3rd floor), surrounded by nature, beautiful facilities to relax, free kayak and SUP, breakfast terrace with sea view, incredible attention and service from staff (never seen anything like this), very peaceful vibe, perfect for families with small children (our daughter is 1,5) because the beach has no waves and the mangroves provide shade, variety of fresh fruit for breakfast, delicious lunch and dinner options
