Location superb at the ‘right end’ of Barmouth. Rooms and view brilliant. Hosts were great and breakfasts, just enough. Highly recommend

What a fantastic place to stay. It was so good we will definitely be returning next year, but for longer. The room was spacious and very clean. Marie and Kevin are exceptional hosts and nothing was too much to ask. Every morning we would say where we were trekking off to that day and Marie would give us all the information we required to help with the day. The breakfast was very nice and was a good start to set you up for the day ahead. The location is ideal and only a five minute walk away from Barmouth centre. Our room had a lovely see view and we enjoyed watching the sunset of an evening on the two chairs provided. A great addition is the off road parking with plenty of space to leave your car. A highly recommended place to stay and thanks to Marie and Kevin for looking after us.

The accommodation was lovely. The beds were comfortable & it was spotlessly clean. The view from the dining area was stunning. It was about a 10-15 minute walk into town & it was ideally placed to enjoy a walk across the bridge. Marie & Keith were very welcoming & couldn't do enough for you. There was a choice of delicious breakfasts that was freshly prepared & cooked each morning.. I would highly recommend staying at this property.
