The staff Alan and Kayleigh were very friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect if you like it quiet, but not too far away to walk into town. The rooms were lovely clean and modern. Very dog friendly, really impressed with the little extras that were in the room, there was a large jar of dog treats, a dog blanket and towel and even a couple of dog bowls. Would highly recommend this lovely property 🙂

Very quiet location next to the beach but a short walk from Barmouth. Modern and clean rooms - well equipped. Great breakfast.

The location and facilities. Felt a quality facility. The breakfast was excellent and Scotch gentleman serving breakfast was friendly and engaging.
