I absolutely loved the room size and comfort. I also appreciated the toaster and cutlery. It was quiet, and the room was well equipped. Personally, cleanliness I found somewhat lacking inside and also outside the rooms. The inside of the room was dusty, the crockery and cutlery had not been washed properly, so we had to do this prior to use. The kettle still had water in it from a previous guest, and the bottom of it was caked in water sludge. The outside of the room fronting to the carpark was dirty, had mounds of bird poop everywhere with spiders in webs in the step and railing edges. The balcony overlooking the pool was much cleaner. However, the cigarette butt can had old butts in it and had not been cleaned out, which left a horrible odour to waft in through the sliding screen door. Also other guests who stepped on to the balcony were smoking and with our door open their smoke was blowing straight into our room.My kids used the pool, but it had dirt in the bottom and bugs floating in the water to the point that 1 of them actually skimmed the pool herself. The surrounding of the pool area inside the fence was very ill maintained, dirt, weeds, and no proper pool furniture like sunbeds on grass or tables and chairs that are appropriate. This let the hotel down dramatically - if you cannot afford to maintain the pool, then don't have it, and people that want this service then have the opportunity to book elsewhere which I would have done. Also, the check-in process was - well, actually, there was no process. There was no clear signage or indication that you have to actually go into the main hotel itself to check-in and as soon as you enter to the left there is a sign saying to check-in see the bar staff with no clear signage indicating where the bar was. Luckily, I saw another guest going in, and she explained where to go.

We were very happy, comfortable, felt safe, could see the river, had shade when we needed it, great location, plenty of space in our room. Very friendly and helpful staff.

close to the car show on the foreshore. Pool was beautiful. Meals where nice at the hotel

Had everything we need. Central location. Pub meal was great. Staff were great. It's on the older side but would stay again.

the pool was clean and refreshing. Room was big enough for the myself and the two kids. Aircon was an old, in the wall rattler but it did the job. balcony was shared with adjacent rooms so dont go outside half naked to grab a towel off the railing :-)

It was Quiet and a good Location. Reasonably priced but a bit dated. We enjoyed our meals at the restaurant and having a relaxing drink in the gaming room.
