Honestly everything. Felt so comfortable even if we only spent one night here. Staff was super friendly, breakfast was so good, and the room was QUIET.

Wonderful hotel. Great staff. Great facilities. Reataurant served plentiful breakfast dishes. Dinner was tasty as well. Pool was lovely.

Greatest Hotel ever in Bari! Everything is just so cool, an intimate Hotel where you can really relax! Breakfast, dinner were just so good! Let me mention that all the staff starting from the young nice ladies at reception to Danielle are just so helpful and great persons, supportive and helping in every matter! Also, let me mention Alessia, Gianluca, Angelica and the other people in the restaurant are just GREAT people! We love them and kisses to them from Hungary!!!!! This was our second stay at HI Hotel and we will definitely go back!!!
