We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this wonderful Bed and Breakfast in Bari, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. The apartment was perfectly located in the heart of the city, allowing us to explore everything on foot, yet it was incredibly quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful and restful sleep. Our host, Roberto, was simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with warmth and genuine kindness. Every morning, Roberto prepared a delightful breakfast in the apartment, made with fresh, local ingredients. His attentiveness didn’t stop there—he took the time to chat with us each day, eager to hear about our plans and offering fantastic recommendations for places to visit and dine. Roberto’s hospitality made our stay not just comfortable, but truly memorable. His local insights and thoughtful gestures added a special touch that we will never forget. We left Bari with not only wonderful memories but also a deep sense of gratitude for the care Roberto showed us. If you’re visiting Bari, we wholeheartedly recommend staying here. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. We would give more than five stars if we could!

Thank you for your welcome and care throughout. The accommodation was amazing- in a historic building in the heart of the old city- easy to get to and close to all the life of this city.

Roberto was the most incredible host we could have asked for. He met us after midnight to make sure we got to the home comfortably and immediately welcomed us with a bottle of wine. On his day off he came back and brought us the biggest breakfast spread we've ever seen, he is generous warm and kind and made this stay extremely special, even though it was short. The room was absolutely perfect and the location was a dream, being steps away from the famous Nonnas making fresh pasta. Overall a perfect stay, couldn’t recommend more

Dimora Arco Basso is an oasis in the hustle and bustle of Bari. It is at the start (or end) of the ‘pasta street’’ of medieval Bari, which is a top tip for all visitors to this fascinating and historic Italian city. It is a perfect location for seeing both Bari Vecchia and the Murat quarter, as well as for promenading along the gorgeous Adriatic coastline with its romantic lanterns. The Dimora has been lovingly restored and very tastefully decorated. The main bedroom is on the second level of the apartment and reached by a side staircase. The entry level has a lounge with sofa that can also serve as a second (and comfortable) bed. The host, Roberto, is a charming Italian gentleman. The well-being and comfort of his guests is genuinely of great importance to him. Normally, we like to eat breakfast and get out and explore. However, Roberto’s breakfasts are so delightful that it counts as a joy of being in Bari – and the coffee is great! I highly recommend a stay here.

Very well-furnished, with everything you could need. Breakfast was a plentiful and varied selection including fruit, veg, cheese, yoghurt, egg, bread, and delicious pastries. Roberto was superb - he really cares about making sure your stay is comfortable and you have everything you need. Also the location is perfect for seeing Bari, just on the edge of the Old Town.
