Centrally located & within walking distance to tourist sights, restaurants & shops. The reception lady, Rafaela, who greeted us in our early arrival was extremely friendly, helpful & knowledgeable.

This hotel was a gem. Beautiful room. Large with lots of extras such as iron and ironing board and kitchen facilities. Beautiful bathroom products. Staff are so nice and helpful.

Perfect location, in the middle of the city and everything. 10 minutes from Central Station and almost near Lungomare. Everything was perfect in the room, all amenities were changed daily and the breakfast was decent( a menu with some dishes to order from, don’t expect buffet, is Italian style breakfast with some scrambled eggs and croissants but you could order multiple times to satisfy you). We had a problem with the hot water in the room, it was too hot actually because the shower was stuck on hot and they changed the room immediately with another one. If you arrive later then 20:00 when checkin ends, you can discuss with reception to let the key to the bar.

A fabulous small boutique hotel within a few minutes walk of the seafront and Old Town. Staff went over & above to see we were settled and able to make use of all the facilities provided. Our room was large & well fitted out with everything we needed. A gem in Bari and we would definitely stay at Dilman again.
