Location is good, just 10-12 mins away from central train station. Room was very clean. Reservation system worked perfect, you can feel stressfull in the beginning but it works.

Location was good and check in was super easy and convenient. We booked the room on the day and they were able to accommodate on such short notice

They are correct and resolved the technical problem (not confirmed and allow ASAP a paid booking). But I emphasize again: they are correct and you get a well-equipped, clean room suitable for rest and sleep. It is true that the rooms are not soundproofed, so if you are bothered by the noise coming from the corridor or the water flowing down the sewage pipe, do not book here!

Juliana who looked after our room went out of her way to ensure we had all we needed. She was very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend the apartment to any single person or couple travelling to Bari

The location was perfect - the old town, central station an even the beach are within walking distance. The bed was surprisingly comfortable! The check in process was easy and the no key system was very convenient - we didn’t have to worry about losing any keys, because you have to only use your phone to get into the building/room.
