Cosy, clean, well equipped room in a coast placed house in the suburbs of Bari. Excelent breakfast on the beach. The host is very friendly and helpful.

Very hospitable host: helped with car rental, booking a cab to the airport and packed breakfast when we had an early check out. Thank you so much for your help. Across the street is his restaurant where breakfast was served. Happy to stop by there for dinner as well, the service was top notch. Room cleaning was done daily while we were at breakfast. There was a capsule coffee machine in the room. Location: excellent villa on the beach. Nearby there are slopes to the water, yes they are stone, but you can swim. There is a bus stop almost at the entrance of the villa. The railway station is within walking distance - 10 minutes.

Such a nice a quiet place. Everything was lovely. Having coffee in the morning on the terase watching the sea was priceless. The food was always fresh and plenty to choose. The location of the villa and the restaurant is the best!

This place is absolutely amazing! It is situated right by the sea, and our room had a large balcony facing the sea. Upon entering the room, we were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of bubbly and a plate of fruit—a lovely touch from the owners. The property features a restaurant just opposite, and despite arriving quite late (around 10 PM), we were able to enjoy a drink at the restaurant before discovering the delightful surprise awaiting us in our room. The bed was extremely comfortable, possibly the best I've ever slept in. However, the highlight of our stay was the breakfast in the morning! It included a variety of dishes, both hot and cold, which made for a truly memorable dining experience
