A Truly Magical Stay by the Sea Staying at this historic Italian villa was an unforgettable experience. The property itself is a masterpiece—full of old-world charm, character, and timeless beauty. Every corner of the villa tells a story, with antique furnishings, beautiful stone walls, and stunning architecture that transport you back in time. What makes this place even more special is its unbeatable location—right next to the sea. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying breathtaking ocean views from the terrace was a dream. Whether it was sipping coffee in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening, the setting was absolutely perfect. The host was exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always ready with great recommendations for local restaurants and hidden gems in the area. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. If you’re looking for a unique and authentic Italian retreat, this villa is the perfect choice. Our room had a fully equipped kitchen. Our Host left fresh food and drinks in the fridge. The area of the Villa is amazing.

Carlo was an amazing host for this beautiful place for part of our holiday. Close to the beach and has everything you could wish for.

Carlo, our host was exceptional, and so very lovely and generous. Fridge and breads well stocked every day as we're the coffee pods. The Villa is stunning, kept exactly as it should be for being built in 1870. Modern touches such as AC have been installed, but the building has been kept in keeping with the time of its construction. The area is nice, quiet, and safe. There are some lovely restaurants in the vicinity and everyone was so very friendly. Bus services are cheap, frequent, and punctual.

It was a once in a lifetime experience that exceeded our expectations in all aspects. the host Carlo is best representation of Italian warm hearted friend you go visit and the stay felt like visiting a family or friend. Everything looks beautiful and peaceful.
