The fine print
Please note that there are no auto roads leading to Barentsburg. The only airport on Svalbard is located in Longyearbyen.During winter season, guests can reach Barentsburg by renting a snowmobile in Longyearbyen.Between March 1st and November 30th, there are regularly scheduled boat trips from Longyearbyen to Barentsburg. Please note that the boat trips are not scheduled on an every day basis. Guests are strongly advised to check the schedule ahead of trip.

Location is cool - across street there is a bar :) Nice facilities - laundry and dryer option, kitchen after renovation Backout curtains - necessary in summer time during polar day
