The cameras are NOT active or recording while the guests are in the apartment with a deactivated alarm. When activated, this device ensures safety of the apartment and guest's belongings while they are outside of the apartment. There is also a noise detector, which is NOT recording and its only function is to detect very high levels of noise, which helps to prevent any possible issues with neighbors in case of inappropriate behavior in the apartment. The apartment was lovely and spacious. It had everything we needed as a family. Great location to the city centre and subway outside the door. The host was really nice and very informative.

It was in the centre of Barcelona and easy to walk or get the metro anywhere. It was lovely and clean with plenty of charm and character. Good facilities.

The flat was very clean. We had a lovely welcome box with bottle of wine, coffee and other snacks. The location is right on the Plaza Catalunya, very close to The La Rambla, with the view of Sagrada Familia from the balcony. Very easy to check in/ check out.
