The pictures at the top of this page are a selection of the different apartments located in the Sant Martí area. Please select a date and click on the apartments to see the pictures of the individual apartments.After booking, you will receive an email from the property with key pick-up instructions. Please contact the property when you get to Barcelona. You can use the telephone number in your booking confirmation.Please note that the following charges apply for late check-in: EUR 30 for arrivals from 21:00 to 00:00; EUR 60 for arrivals from 00:00 to 01:30.Please note that parties are not allowed in the apartments.The property offers a discounted price for the public parking. For stays of 3 days or more, it costs 20 EUR per day.Please note that, The apartments are equipped with a Security System device that includes cameras in the living room and apartment entrance which are only active if alarm goes off and is not deactivated within a minute by an RFID key (provided with each set of keys at check-in). The cameras are NOT active or recording while the guests are in the apartment with a deactivated alarm. When activated, this device ensures safety of the apartment and guest's belongings while they are outside of the apartment.
There is also a noise detector, which is NOT recording and its only function is to detect very high levels of noise, which helps to prevent any possible issues with neighbors in case of inappropriate behavior in the apartment.

Gorgeous location facing the sea, close to the Forum, Nova Marbella Beach and transport links to the City Centre if you don't want to walk along the beach. Super-comfy beds and well equipped kitchen, lots of interesting books and sea views from the living room. Staff were very polite, caring and attentive, very prompt to reply and assist fully when needed, great recommendations sent in advance of our arrival.
