- The damage deposit that will be requested upon arrival is EUR 200. It will be made by credit card. It will be reimbursed within 7 days after check-out if the house rules have been respected during the stay and if there is no damage to the apartment and its furnishings.
- Check-in after 19:00 has an extra cost of 30€ and check-in after 00:00 have an extra cost of €50.
- It is very important to respect the noise level (loud talk, loud music) during the stay, especially at night after 22:00. Parties and meetings are totally FORBIDDEN. Neighbors might call the POLICE if their rest is disturbed. In case of a serious breach of this rule, we reserve the right to CANCEL the contract with immediate effect and without any refund of the amount of the stay or the security deposit.
- Guests will receive a rental agreement prior to arrival which must be signed at check-in time.
- Please inform The White Flats Les Corts in advance of your expected arrival time. There is not a 24-hour reception in the building. - For the safety of all guests, we inform you that there are surveillance cameras in the building, only in the common areas, more specifically at the entrance and on the landings of each floor.

We stayed 6 nights in GE5. Great location.20 minutes from airport by taxi and 2 minute walk to Les Corts Metro making it easy to get into the main centre. Surrounded by supermarkets; Lidl, Consum, Condis. Fresh market 5 minutes walk. Fantastic local square; Placa de La Concordia, 5 minute walk from flats that has a few tapas bars, restaurants, a civic centre where you can also have a drink and food and a stunning church. Flat was immaculate and very functional and comfortable. Check in was easy as was communication prior to our arrival. Some noise from other flats, but nothing more than people living life which is to be expected.

The check in was very easy and the lady in the office very friendly and helpful. The Penthouse fast was very clean, bright and spacious. The two balconies were excellent, as was the dishwasher and washing machine. The shower was great too. There are two small lifts to all the floors. The White Flats are very close to the Les Corts metro. So very easy to travel into central Barcelona, Airport and attractions. We used the metro all the time and it puts London Underground to shame. Also useful is buying a Barcelona card for travel and museums. There are mini super markets (inc a Lidl & Consum), bars, great bakery and restaurants on the doorstep. The L'illa | Diagonal shopping centre is 10 mins walk away (inc a small Primark). The nearby square, Plaça de la Concòrdia, is lovely. Les Corts is a great area. As a family we would definitely stay here again. Great sleep at night as its not as noisy as central Barcelona and the flats sound insulation seemed good. We had a brilliant few days.
