Staff were exceptional, rooms were well thought-out with everything you need (rare to have a steamer and GHDs for example), restaurant was good and location was decent.

really nice hotel. everything is well thought and well done, the design is enough interesting, but not disturbing, the facilities are all in a proper place and of very hight level quality. the staff is welcoming and knowledgeable

Very attentive staff. Was greeted with welcome drinks and chocolate during check in. The staff heard of my injuries sustained earlier the trip and arranged a doctor to come visit (while preparing a vacuum sealed bag of ice). One of the receptionist accompanied me to my room and checked to make sure I am comfortable and showed me how to use the facilities within the room. The room also had welcome snacks together with handwritten card. When called to ask order room service, a different receptionist spoke to me and checked if I am okay and if I needed more ice for my injury - this meant they actually took the effort to communicate internally about my issues. During check out, the staff again inquired about my injuries.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. From very comfortable rooms, great breakfast and the most magnificent roof top, our group of 6 tremendously enjoyed our stay. The staff was very welcoming and always accommodating with a smile on their face.

We loved the interior, the furniture and that all the public rooms were scented. We dined also in and had once room service; the food was on both occasions delicious, fresh and worth a 5 star hotel.

Location superb, Staff exceptional and knew what the word service meant in a modern unobtrusive professional way. Food at the roof top restaurant delicious. Extra coffee pods supplied to our room as we were both working. and small conference room provided in the middle of the night comfortable and welcoming. Loved the lollies!
