The fine print
Please note the following property regulations for your reservation:1. At your arrival you must leave a deposit of €75 for the final cleaning of the flat, this deposit will be returned the day of check-out after being verified and as long as the flat is in a good state of cleanliness and conservation. In the flat you will find everything necessary for your maintenance during your stay.
2. The cleaning of the kitchen and its utensils are of obligatory responsibility of the clients, including the day of check out.
3. If you want the room cleaning service during your stay, you must request it in advance at reception indicating the days you are interested in and upon payment of €10 per day of service requested. This service refers to: making the beds, cleaning the floors and bathroom, and does not include the cleaning of the kitchen and its utensils or the tidying up of personal belongings.
4. Towels and sheets are changed every 3 days. In case of an emergency, please request it at the reception desk.
5. It is not allowed to receive visitors in the flats, organize parties or have pets, access is only for registered persons.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The location was brilliant, and the staff were very helpful. Had shops around to get groceries, which were just around the corner, also close to metro /bus station to navigate around the city. Cleanliness was just ok.

Room and location were great. Appreciated the 24-hr checkin desk, and the staff were always supportive and helpful. Kitchenette was sufficient, and the apartment stood up to 2 small people well.

Excellent location, the staff are polite & helpful. I had a lamp that wasn’t working which was fixed quickly. The apartment was clean and comfortable. You step out and have everything you could need nearby.

We stayed at the hotel as a family with 2 kids for a week. The staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. We stayed in a clean, tidy apartment. However there are different types of apartments with different layouts (studio apartment, apartment looking over the main street etc). Good location. The hotel is right next to the Muntaner subway station and it was very convenient as we used public transport throughout our stay. The hotel is near a high-end neighbourhood and we also enjoyed the small cafes, bakerys and restaurants right around the corner! There is also a historic market place at a walking distance. The area is not known for tourist attractions but definitely worth a walk!
