“Pleasant stay with the family”

The apartment is well furnished and comfortable. We loved the contemporary features mixed with the traditional brickwork of the exposed walls. The kitchen is well equipped, with a dishwasher, induction hob and large fridge freezer. The lighting is very well designed with recessed strip lights that create a very warm atmosphere. Our apartment was the one at the top floor and the view from the back balcony is lovely, facing a charming internal courtyard. The location is very convenient as it is a 2 minute walk from La Rambla and the Gothic quarter. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out was very smooth and we could keep our luggage in the agency's office after checking out until we left the city for the airport, which was a bonus.

The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk to the main streets. A few local shops literally on the doorstep for essentials. Bakery and coffee shop directly opposite. We locked our keys in the apartment and the host was super quick to come and get back in to the apartment. Lift from front door straight into the apartment. Washing machine so no taking laundry home!

We were met at the apartment and keys handed over. The office is about a 20 minute walk away if you arrive early and wish to leave luggage. The apartment is well equipped, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc., a double bed, a single with pull out bed and a sofa bed. The apartment also had an outside terrace which was a bonus. The only negative is that it is noisy on a night through to the early hours of the morning. There's also a nice sandwich shop, supermarket and noodle bar only 1 minute away. Close to Las Ramblas it is a great base/location.

The apartment is in a really convenient location close to the Ramblas, and the host was very welcoming - personally delivering the keys and welcoming us on arrival.
