The staff where friendly, helpful & Kind. Our Room was excellent, clean, spacious & comfortable. I love that we had built in speakers in our room, they provided us with a gown & disposable clean slippers it's those little things for me that make hospitality great. There was an iron and an ironing board. Breakfast was great with losts of variety too.

Loved the coat hooks - unusual and so useful. Loved the reading lights - directional and powerful. Not so keen on the black + midnight colour combo of the decor - it was difficult to see properly when the curtains were open. Also clothes storage seemed designed for a business person stopping over for one night rather than a couple staying for six nights. (Many hotels are a let down in this area.) Why have a bedside table with no drawer or cupboard space? Crazy decision in a cramped room. Hanging space seems designed for men’s shirts and jackets (aimed at business people?) with not enough space for dresses. Safe is too low. Why? Fridge could be lower instead. This is intended as feedback, not a complaint, so that you know what works and what doesn’t. The staff were uniformly lovely and we enjoyed Barcelona.

Great location near to the Arc de Triomf. Walking distance to everything - we didn't need to take the metro at all. About 10 minutes walk to Plaza Catalonia where you can pick up the airport bus. Rooms are very cosy. Friendly staff who accommodated us with an early check in. Tea/Coffee facilities and they even left some chocolate cake in the room. Supermarket around the corner. Our room was on the 3rd floor facing inwards so nice and bright with no street noise. Fantastic buffet breakfast - fruits, meats, cheeses, eggs, bacon etc. Lovely rooftop space to chill out (although it was February so we didn't use it). Small Lounge pool. All in all a great find

I loved my stay here for the MWC 2025. It was spotless, with bed maids daily, and the room service and food were spot-on. We will definitely be back next year.

The hotel has a great breakfast, with a good selection. It has all the equipment, even an ironing board :) But, the best thing is the location.

Rooms were a nice size, comfy beds and well cleaned by housekeeping staff. Reception were friendly and helped book us tables at a couple of restaurants nearby that were fantastic. Rooms were very quiet. Honesty bar in the lobby and on the roof is a great concept too. We didn't have the breakfast at the hotel so can't comment on that.
