Otherwise, The Residència Erasmus Gracia reserves the right to cancel them.Be aware that Check-in is since 14:00, If you arrive before that time we will be happy to keep your luggage in custody, and you will be able to use our common areas unless your room is ready.
If you arrive very late, there will be no problem as our reception is available 24 hours a day, and you can check in at any time after 14:00. Check Out time is until 11:00 am. If necessary, we can also help you store your luggage until your departure.The Residència Erasmus Gracia offers the possibility of parking your car in a private car park. Please contact us before your arrival to check availability for these request related.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Great location, around 5 minute walk from the nearest metro with easy connections to main tourist attractions. Supermarket nearby where we could buy water etc. Breakfast was good. Continental style- bread, cereal, tea, coffee, salads and cooked eggs + some meat and cheese. There was a juice machine but it seemed to be broken for part of our stay. The room was a reflection of the price. It was good enough with 2 single beds placed side to side in our twin room. There was a desk, wardrobe and small TV we never used. The balcony was nice, since we went off season we had a room with one of the larger balconies, most balconies are small so you can stand out but 2 people might not fit to sit down.

I like the staff and cute room. We really enjoyed our stay in Barcelona! The location so comfortable, it’s near to many cute shops, and also you have a possibility to find a supermarket. Breakfast was so delicious, and old cook señora was so cute :з

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Spacious room, super comfy bed, blackout curtains, good breakfast, bathroom with all amenities. Helpful staff. I will definitely book here again if I ever return to Barcelona.

The room was really big, comfortable beds and the blankets were good n warm. The location is great easy to get around. Metros and bus stop nearby. Safe location.

Big bathroom, everuthing was very clean, breakfast was good value for money, this accomodation covers basic needs and if you are planning to spend your time in city and you need budget friendly solution, then it is for you!

The room was basic but clean and very quiet. The beds were comfortable and there was an opening window for fresh air. The breakfast was great value and the staff were lovely.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and towels every day. Location wsx 5 min away from the Metro station, and right next door to grocery store. It's a walking distance from Casa Vicens and Park Guel . Staff also helped me thru booking online communications to find my way from the airport, which was very helpful coming late at night. I was also able to borrow a kettle and a hairdryer during my one week stay. My room was spacious and quiet and kept clean every day with towels exchanged. I definitely recommend this place and would choose it on my next trip to Barcelona. Thank you all at Erasmus
