It is a hit or miss - if you get a good room then it is a great stay, but there are probably a couple of rooms that don't really meet expectations in cleanliness or noise level (had to move from the original assignment). The staff is great and doing their best.

Great location for walking and getting buses or the metro. All the staff were lovely especially Olena on the front desk who helped with plans for our stay. The room was a good size with a great bathroom.

The location couldn't be better !! For, sightseeing, shopping, great restaurants (Tapas Guell) and main attractions ! 5 minutes from Rambla 🙌🏼 Nice comfy room, coffee&tea service available, fantastic interiors in the old traditional building. But the best you can meet in this hotel is Staff ! more than friendly and beyond helpful (we've had though situation with sick baby - couldn't pick a better place with better people 🩷 thank You!) I'll recoment it forever 🙌🏼

The staff was a perfect example how a hotel staff should be ! Respectfully , patient and always ready to help. Starting from the ladies at the reception to the lady at the buffet!
