Beautiful hotel nestled in the heart of Barcelona with an incredible central location – walking distance to shopping, attractions and, transit. It was a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, with crisp linens and thoughtful details but what truly set the experience apart was the exceptional staff—genuinely warm, attentive, and always going the extra mile. Each morning began with a gourmet breakfast featuring freshly baked pastries, artisanal cheeses, seasonal fruits, and other made-to-order items, all beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. I can’t recommend highly enough.

First time going to Barcelona and treated my mum as a birthday gift... The staff was accommodating especially Emin (he was very helpful). There was another guy he was patient with us, waited to bring our luggage to the room (but I forgot his name). Upon arrival, we got offered complimentary drinks. The room we had was the Suite (3pax), t'was big, decent shower🚿 . The view was good as it was overlooking Plaza de Cateluna. Hotel - near to shops & restaurants, convenient to get around as there was a bus stop right outside the hotel / Sightseeing tour bus (2 options) / airport shuffle bus €7.45 one way ticket, which was handy / train too :) Short walking distance to Barcelona Cathedral.

The staff was amazing. Polite, very service minded and you could see they like their job. Breakfast was good with nice variation and we even got a small presentation from one of the staff what they had - that was a little extra and very nice! The pottier was also very friendly and always welcoming, we got umbrellas that we borrowed. Got upgraded also - very nice view

Great location in Barcelona center, easy to reach from the airport, bus stop just in front of the hotel. Hotel and room clean. Very good breakfast with several choices.

The property was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, we arrived earlier than expected and to our surprise not only was a room ready almost 3 hours prior to our check in time but we were given a complementary upgrade! The room was excellent and really added to an amazing trip for us the balcony gave us a beautiful view of the city
