The reception we received on arrival was fabulous - the champagne was very much appreciated after such a difficult experience at the airport. The roof top bar was wonderful - even though it was raining the young waiter lit a fire and we had a lovely time there. All in all this is a wonderful hotel - the staff are an absolute credit.

Great location, mid-way between going down to the seaside & the other parts of town like Las Ramblas/Passeig de Gracia & other "touristy" spots. Must add the staff are lovely, extremely helpful & I would say some went out of there way to answer questions/show us around.

The location and the rooftop bar were totally flexing my stay. The staff members were extremely helpful in helping in providing me with all amenities during my stay.

This hotel is perfect, everything from the decor, the facilities, the staff, everything was brilliant. The location of the hotel is perfect, 5 minute walks from Las Ramblas square and market, the cathedral etc. The staff at the hotel couldn't do enough for you, even dropping in valentines day chocolates at night.

Excellent staff, friendly and smiling. They gave us champagne and chocolates as a gift the first night we stayed there, while they upgraded our room because we were celebrating something special. In a very central location, with very good sound insulation, and first quality breakfast. Only dissonance, cielis, the restaurant with michelin award that is on the 1st floor of the hotel, that made us pay for the reservation even though we cancelled three days before the reservation.
