Amazing experience. Friendly and efficient staff, well-equipped, clean and comfortable room and bathroom, excellent breakfast. Very good location, right by a shopping mall, metro and bus stops and taxi rank. Roof top pool and bar area is unique and gives a space for winding down and having amazing views of the city.

We stayed for a long weekend in Barcelona and Novotel was great. The location was excellent and good walking distance to most things. The hotel was clean, staff were lovely and the rooftop bar was great (a little cold in the evening but we were there during March). The restaurant down starts was also very good. The only real negative about the hotel was the key cards to the room, they were super sensitive and would deactivate if next to another credit card or your phone. We had to replace constantly (sometimes 2/3 times a day).

We stayed at 11th floor and the view was spectacular. The location was very comfy, walking distance to Sadrada Familia and Metro Station. The room (and bathroom) was clean, quiet and warm. Breakfast, dinner and Rooftop bar were very nice, tasty and value for money. It was very comfortable that kids menu was available. Special thanks to staff members Emerson and Cinta for extra help with my kids.

Roof top swimming pool and bar amazing. Gym nice. Breakfast varied and great. Rooms modern and comfortable. Location walking distance to the beach and metro great.

This time we stayed for one night and hope they will give us the bigger room as the last time for 3 pax. However the room was too small for 3 and no place for bags. On the other hand the staff was very friendly and very efficient and well informative.
