We booked through booking.com and were flexible with checkin time, which allowed us to benefit from quite an interesting room upgrade (20th floor). Very happy with the room itself. Lovely display, very comfortable, nice view, spacious and modern. Only inconvenience was the hotel facing water issues, so one day, we had to go down to the 5th floor, at the spa, to get showered. We appreciated the free breakfast offer from the staff in response to this situation.

Superfriendly staff, close to the beach, in the lovely poblenou area with lots of locals, touristic center is a bit further away but a 10’eur taxi brings you there in only 10 min, or the metro 😊

Everything was very nice and to a high standard. I would stay here again. Rooms clean, airy, natural light, bathrooms were clean and functioned well. Pool was lovely break in the middle of the city.

The check-in and overall service by Manu at the executive lounge was very good. The sea view is obviously fantastic and while the tram is closed over summer, the location is still very convenient.
