Nice apartment in a great location. The staff is very friendly every time we saw them. We needed extra laundry detergent during our stay and this was no problem. We stayed here with our toddler and it was spacious enough. I wouldn't stay here with more than two adults though (even though it's being sold as a four-person apartment). I saw some complaints about the fact that you still need to take a flight of stairs after getting out of the elevator. This did not bother us, but you probably shouldn't bring a big stroller when traveling with kids. I was a bit annoyed beforehand when I received a link to authorize the deposit from my cc (which came with a 6 euro non-refundable fee), but it turned out you could just authorize the deposit in the office during check-in without additional fees.

Centrally located within walking distance of main tourist sites. Smooth check in and check out process, apartment is very comfortable and clean. Suits smaller stays 2-4 nights if in town for business or visiting.

A Stuff told us about the T usual transport ticket,we saved a lot of money. The location was great, there were many different way to get the touristic place like including Sagrada familia by walking, a bus to the Guel park and so on.

Location, accessibility to everything. Good size and a very good layout. Loved opening the balcony doors every morning. Had everything as advertised.

We lived in an apartment hotel for a week. A small apartment with a miniature kitchen is quite enough: shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, detergents, everything is as described. There is a kettle, a small coffee machine, cutlery, a washing machine - everything works fine. The mattresses are too soft (for me), but comfortable, I slept well. I can't say about the pillow, because I took my own orthopedic one. The staff was friendly, helpful and explained.

The location of this property was great. It is only minutes walk from La Sagrada Familia Basilica which was a highlight. Walkable also to the port.

The property is clean and relatively close to the city attractions. The train stations and bus stops are also walkable from the apartment. The apartment is also equipped with stove, washing machine, and small clothes rack, and iron/ironing board. The staff are lovely and have been accommodating since we checked in. We were also allowed to check in a bit early since our flight arrived early in Barcelona

It was easy to organise our arrival in advance. The hosts at reception were friendly. The room was adequately equipped. The beds were comfortable. The location was good for the Sagrada Familia. There was a supermarket and eating places nearby. The receptionist ordered a taxi for us when we asked and assisted with TV issues (not their fault).
