Guests should confirm the anticipated time of arrival at the apartments at least 3 days in advance. As soon as the property receives this information, guests will be sent check-in instructions.When booking more than 1 apartment, special conditions and supplements may apply. Please note that we may request a damage deposit, which will be informed in the booking confirmation sent by the property. This deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out, once the good condition of the accommodation has been verified.Towels and sheets are included and there is a free cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more.

Well located apartment, close to the Central train central, which was very handy and taxis for early morning trips to the airport or anywhere actually, as they are always available. Close to shops (walk down the alleyway in the opposite direction to the station), all ATMs, major Grocery stores and in fact some quaint restaurants as well. Barcelona is primarily flat (although surrounded by hills), so it's very easy to walk around. The old city, being the most touristy area (La Rambla-Quartier Gothique), is about a 25 minute walk or a few minutes on the Metro. The hop on, hop off bus for orientation leaves from the train station, a few minute walk away and worth doing for a day, as it covers the east and west areas of the entire city. If you like walking, which I do, you can see most of the major attractions within an hour's walk. Inside Barcelona were very kind and allowed me early entry which was really appreciated and they were very good to deal with. Don't be put off by the alleyway entrance to the building, it's a good apartment. And for me, who drinks a lot of coffee, the apartment has a Nespresso Pod machine, which to me was a huge plus. Because you're so close to the station, if you're staying a while like I did, you can visit a lot of really lovely towns, east and west of Barcelona within an hours train ride, which is not expensive and a great day trip.

Modern flat located within walking distance from Metro. Clean and quiet, yet close to restaurants and shops. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small living room and a small kitchen well equipped with everything you need to make breakfast or lunch. Easy check-in and check-out.

Great place. Close to Barcelona Sants station and markets. Spacious and clean place. Easy access to the city center and famous places by metro. They left a very useful utility kit!!.

Location, only a few minutes walk from a main train station, also metro stations are close by It is a very large studio, equipped kitchen, a big bathroom, washer and dryer, everything was perfect, very clean

We had a pleasant stay at this property. Clear communication was provided on how to enter the property and room. Kitchen was provided with essentials. We did not use the laundry facilities. Bed was decent but pillows were not great at all for sleep. We didn't find them comfortable. They provided soap and shampoo, but no conditioner and lotion which we expected. Additional towels being available would have been helpful. Appreciated the street view and closeness to the main train station and other metro. It was challenging to reach the hosts with slow response time. Your office hours are only open for limited hours, but when guests have a problem and you do not check until after 10 am the next day, they are left with nothing. There should be a better response time as they cannot wait 12+ hours for these things. No check out instructions were provided so we emptied out and cleared out.
