Tuesday to Sunday 10:00 until 14:00 and from 17:00 until 21:00Use of a bathing suit, flip-flops, and towel is obligatory. It is not possible to use the room towels, guests can rent towels.Children aged 4 to 15 years old can only use the spa from 10:00 to 12:00, accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under the age of 4 years old cannot access the spa centre.Please note that the restaurant service may vary according to the day. Please contact hotel for more details.When booking more than 9 rooms, different payment and cancellation policies, additional supplements may apply.Pets Allowed. A supplement of EUR 30 per pet per night applies. Pets are only allowed in the pet-friendly double room. Pets are not allowed in the other rooms. I needed to leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in and after check-out, and they kindly accepted. There is a metro station not far from the hotel. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

the staff was incredibly nice and helpful! we had issues with the door in our first room and they managed to get us another room immediately! the cleaning staff was also really kind! beautiful entrance!

Very kind and friendly staff in reception, room cleaning, restaurant, bar and SPA. The Spa pools were fantastic, saunas and relaxing room, open to children in the morning. Delicious breakfast. 24h check-in available.
