Such a lovely hotel, allowed us to have an early check in and gave us a free room upgrade! Staff were so kind and helpful, location was good as there was a bus stop right outside and a metro station a short 5-10 minutes walk that took you straight in to the centre.

The hotel was lovely, a great choice for our city break. All staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was fab. The hotel is close to the beach and the bus stop outside the hotel had the perfect bus route into the centre, great location! And we could see some of the key tourist spots from our hotel room window!

Location of the hotel is perfect. Near to the beach. Very nice zone. Staff is very kind and helpful. Hotel is modern and has an impressive design. Just maybe the design of the corridors can be better. Does not fit with the modernity of the hotel. The corridor walls are from wood and the carpets is not very new. Better not to have carpets in the corridors. Rooms does not have carpets so it is clean and modern. Bathroom is nice and elegant but can be updated. It needs a bit more nice touches. Thank you

Drains smelled, especially in the spa, toilet was leaky, finishes were dated, and it was farther from the center than I expected.

Every day was cleaned room, changed towels. Near hotel are supermarkets, cafes, bus stops. In the aeroport us met taxi driver.

Very good location if you want to be close to the beach, also couple of useful bus stations nearby, the pool looks okay but i think it should be heated so it can be usable off season, the hotel interior looks good.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very nice and everything was available. The hotel itself is very chique. The bar was very nice, as well were the nacho’s :).
