Apart from the great location, cleanliness and nice premises, the best is the staff, at reception, restaurant and room. The restaurant food is very nice and the opening hours very convenient, The room was very comfortable, just a little cold even when the heating on.

Good location in a safe neighborhood. Close to the metro with many groceries, souvenir shops and Park Güell within walking distance.

Location was good. Not far from the metro station. Several small grocery stores were nearby. Few coffee places / breakfast cafes were also not far. And a bar area 15 minutes walking from the hotel. There was a kettle (with tea and coffee also) in the room, small fridge, safe locker. Room itself was quite spacious. Water pressure in the shower was good! Wi-fi worked well.

In general, this is a good hotel - cosy room, very comfortable bed, well-maintained bathroom, some staff was friendly and helpful (but not every hotel receptionist, unfortunately).

The location was excellent - you are away from the busiest streets, yet, very close to the centre, I walked mostly and the underground is also close. The room itself was pretty spacious with a comfortable bed and cleaned daily. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and always willing to help.

The restaurant terrace was gorgeous and the restaurant was decorated beautifully. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly. I’m disabled so got an adapted room, the bathroom in which I really liked. There was grab rails, a wet-room style shower and a very strong/sturdy wall shower seat.
