The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Being able to leave the key with the staff at all times was great. They called a taxi for us in the morning. It was so small and cute and I just really loved it and I thought it was very nice.

Very professional stuff High standard of integrity We forgot our wallet with documents plus money and we flew to Madrid. The hotel through its cleaning service found the wallet intact and agreed to courier to our final destination
